Family-owned property investment company

Prospect Estates is a property investment company with a diverse and expanding portfolio. Its interests have evolved over time from industrial property into residential, retail, office, and licensed leisure sectors.

Working as part of the design team, I worked on repositioning the company’s online presence through a cleaner website design and improved functionality. This was followed by a programme of marketing work, including refreshed property brochures for around 30 developments and the design of large-scale decals across multiple retail parks.
