I led creative and digital work for The Big Word over a number of years, overseeing a wide range of projects including two full website redesigns, large-scale multilingual content programmes, and integrated marketing campaigns across print and digital channels.
Alongside this, I was responsible for helping shape their wider digital presence and marketing output, from exhibition design and explainer videos to campaign materials that supported both brand and business growth. Working closely with their marketing team, the focus was on clarity, accessibility, and creating work that could operate effectively across cultures, languages, and platforms.
